Hula Hooping helps you tap into your childlike energy, that playful spirit inside you, that feeling of letting loose, that brings joy and laughter to the soul. The spinning motion of the hoop helps to shift blocked unwanted energy and release long-held tension and emotions. Especially in the hip area, the area that gets so emotionally locked for people, "this is where fears can set in”. A journey through the hoop vortex will help you release unwanted emotion, connect body & breath, and bring joy and happiness to your mind.
Justine will facilitate body movement, breath & stretching with hula hoops, basic moves to flow through to hula hoop free dance, perfect for beginners or first time hoopers, to anyone that loves to express movement through the hoop.
